Make SoloStock work for your shop

Short, practical guides for the everyday jobs in SoloStock—from your first product to your next customer receipt.

Set up your catalog

Add products, categories, prices, stock quantities, barcodes and supplier details.

  1. 1Open Products and add an item, or import a prepared Excel or CSV file.
  2. 2Enter the cost price, selling price, opening quantity and your low-stock level.
  3. 3Add a barcode, SKU or product photo when it helps you find the item faster.

Make a sale

Use the counter to sell by tapping products or scanning their barcodes.

  1. 1Add products to the cart, adjust quantities and confirm the payment method.
  2. 2Choose a customer when the sale is on credit or you want it in their history.
  3. 3Complete the sale—stock adjusts automatically—then share or print the receipt.

Manage customers and credit

Keep customer records, balances and payment history in one place.

  1. 1Create a customer with the details you need to identify and contact them.
  2. 2Assign a credit sale to the customer so the balance is recorded correctly.
  3. 3Log each part-payment against their ledger to keep the outstanding balance current.

Create business documents

Prepare branded quotes, invoices and receipts with your shop information.

  1. 1Add your business name, contact details, tax settings, logo and payment details in settings.
  2. 2Create a quote or invoice from the customer and items you have selected.
  3. 3Share the PDF by WhatsApp or email, or print it on a compatible thermal printer.

Keep control of your shop

Track expenses, review activity and protect owner-only information.

  1. 1Record expenses such as transport, rent and restocking costs as they happen.
  2. 2Use Staff Mode and your master PIN to limit what attendants can view or change.
  3. 3Review the audit history and reports regularly, then make a backup before changing devices.
